CONNECTIVITY
Physically separate internet connections through multiple major connectivity providers into the datacenter facility ensure that our servers remain online and accessible.

ENVIRONMENT
Servers need a balance of the right temperature and humidity to run properly. The datacenter is equipped with an environmental control system complete with air handlers, condensing units, and raised flooring to promote proper air flow and temperature. In addition, FM-200 gas fire suppression is in place to protect the entire facility from fire damage without costly water damage from a sprinkler system discharge.

POWER
The power systems operate seamlessly to provide constant power to maintain maximum uptime. The Datacenter features a fully redundant system for power; a UPS (uninterruptible power supply), battery backups, and diesel generators. All of the power systems are fully maintained by vendors with factory certified technicians to ensure an instantaneous failover in the event of a power outage.

ONSITE SECURITY
The DatacenterÕs security is held to the most rigorous standards. Proximity card entry, camera-recorded server room access, and a perimeter security system all protect the datacenter facilities. These security components ensure that only the certified server engineers have direct access to the Datacenter and individual servers.
